Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Massage Cycle collects, uses, protects, and retains information when users visit the website, create an account, submit therapist profile details, or communicate with us electronically.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account and contact details such as name, email address, and phone number; therapist profile information such as photos, professional details, city, techniques, amenities, and payment methods; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, cookies, and similar identifiers.

3. How We Collect Information

Information may be collected when you register, complete forms, upload content, contact us, use the website, interact with advertising or social media, or through service providers that support platform operations.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, operate therapist profiles, support direct contact between visitors and therapists, process therapist listing subscriptions, communicate with users, prevent fraud, improve platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Public Profile Information

Approved therapist profiles may display selected public information, including professional name or alias, city, profile photo, massage techniques, amenities, experience, and contact methods. Profiles requiring reapproval are removed from the public directory until reviewed.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share information when required by law, with trusted service providers such as hosting or payment processors, with your consent, or when needed to protect users, the platform, and legal rights.

7. Security

We use technical, administrative, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

8. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, unsubscribe from promotional communications, and configure your browser to limit cookies. Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data

You may exercise your right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the platform. To do so, log in to your account, go to My profile → My status, scroll to the Danger zone section, select Delete my account, and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Upon confirmation, your personal profile, photos, public listing, and authentication credentials are permanently removed, and any active subscription is immediately canceled. Non-identifiable transaction and billing records are retained securely as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations under US law.

Your profile record is not hard-deleted. It is retained in anonymized form: your personal identifiers, contact details, photos, and free-text content are cleared or replaced with non-identifying placeholders, and the record is unlinked from any login account so that it can no longer be reached by you or by anyone else. Retained profile records contain no data that identifies you.

Limited retained record. In addition to the non-identifiable billing records described above, we retain a limited record containing your email address, your profile identifier, and the date of deletion, stored in a restricted archive. This information is retained solely for fraud prevention, resolution of payment disputes and chargebacks, and tax record-keeping obligations. Access to this archive is limited to authorized administrators, and its contents cannot be edited or removed once written.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If the deletion cannot be completed at the time of your request — for example, if our payment processor is temporarily unavailable — no change is made to your account and you may submit the request again.

10. Prohibited Misuse

Users may not collect information from other users without consent, impersonate others, submit misleading information, post malicious content, abuse messaging or support systems, or use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates may be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of Massage Cycle means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent through the contact channels published on Massage Cycle.
