Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Massage Cycle or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, account tools, therapist directory, or related services.

2. Platform Role

Massage Cycle is a discovery and direct-contact directory for massage professionals. The platform helps visitors find therapist profiles, review published information, and contact therapists directly. Massage Cycle does not manage appointments, guarantee availability, process client session payments, or supervise services delivered outside the website.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of all information you submit. Therapist accounts must provide truthful professional, contact, service, and profile information.

4. Therapist Profiles and Review

Therapist profiles may require administrative approval before becoming visible publicly. Profile edits, including photo changes, may trigger reapproval. Massage Cycle may reject, suspend, or remove profiles that are inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, illegal, or inconsistent with platform standards.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not impersonate another person, submit false information, upload offensive or malicious content, scrape user information, send spam, abuse support channels, interfere with platform security, or promote illegal services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Therapist listing subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Client payments for sessions are outside the initial platform scope and are handled directly between the visitor and therapist.

7. Account Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through the self-service option located in your account under My profile → My status. Account deletion is permanent and immediate, and cannot be reversed or restored.

Termination cancels any active subscription immediately, and you will not be charged again. Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

Upon termination, your profile, photos, and public listing are removed and your login credentials are deleted. Non-identifiable billing records, together with a limited restricted deletion record, are retained as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If the termination cannot be completed at the time of your request, no change is made to your account and you may submit the request again.

8. Content and Photos

By uploading profile content, you confirm that you have the right to publish it. Public profile photos and profile details may be displayed in the directory after approval. You remain responsible for the content you provide.

9. Disclaimers

Massage Cycle does not guarantee therapist credentials, service outcomes, client suitability, or third-party conduct. Visitors and therapists are responsible for making informed decisions before communicating, meeting, or entering into any service arrangement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Massage Cycle after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
